Bernice Taylor is the Author of 31 Days to a Healthy Lifestyle, a Commonsense Guide to Weight loss After 50 and Co-Author of Decisions Women Face and Make. She received her BS from the University of Missouri Columbia in Chemistry and her MS in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
After suffering from Afib and SVT (supraventricular tachycardia), a Catheter Ablation which was performed, had some unforeseen complications which left her with a long recuperation. With healthy eating and exercise, she was able to get well and even donated a kidney, at the age of 52, in December 2016.
Fitness has always been a passion of hers and propelled her towards sharing that passion with others as a certified personal trainer full time in 2020.
She provides effective workouts and meal planning to midlife women so they can live their best life. Her heart’s desire is to impact as many women as possible to live healthy lifestyles.
Bernice has extensive following on all social media platforms and has her own subscription based platform where she provides full length videos on demand.
She has been married to Roger for 33 years. They have three adult children and 3 grandchildren.
